Homelessness is Never OK

Homelessness is Never OK

Homelessness is never okay by any stretch of the imagination. The stretch referred to is judgment, it is not our place to judge another human being for the circumstances they may find themselves in. Our auntie Rosa used to tell my siblings and I that we are just as good as anyone and don’t let anyone tell you differently. Judge not lest ye be judged, so how can we profess to believe in God and not follow this basic rule? It’s not okay to permanently live in a tent because you won’t have to pay monthly rent or mortgage.

Homelessness is the reason a viable community will cease to exist if left unchecked. This is why there is an immediate need in our community for the 2672 Project. We must begin right away to take preventative measures through educational resources to mitigate the blight of homelessness in our communities.

My tips are as follows:

Simply make sure when applying for a mortgage that the taxes are included in the monthly mortgage payment contract. This will prevent the loss of your home due to default of unpaid taxes. Taxes will be included in your monthly mortgage payment.

The location of your new home is very important…Location, Location, Location!

Check with your state to find out if you qualify for down payment assistance, never offer the asking price of the seller, and above all else make sure that the school system in the area is a reputable one, check the Police Department and the mayor’s office of your new communities viewpoints as well.
