Economic Empowerment Creates Community

The importance and beauty of economic empowerment is that it creates a community and provides a living wage. Without a living wage, a community cannot sustain itself. When people cannot sustain homes, transportation and basic living expenses, they are not empowered economically.

In order to achieve economic empowerment, we need to invest in training, education, vocational schools, community college and higher learning in order to help people provide for themselves and their families.

We help people understand what opportunities exist and support them in accessing resources and opportunities. Whether they learn a trade like plumbing or electrical work, or gain knowledge to effectively use rather than be replaced by AI, those who have skills and a trade that allows them to support the needs of themselves and their families are economically empowered.

To build communities on solid foundations, we must work in disenfranchised areas to rebuild our communities one brick at a time.
